INTRODUCTION
The computer is a very important invention that
appears in human civilization, without it humans could not improve and evolve
their civilization until today. This is because the computer system has played
an important role in humanization especially on the part of information
operation and management. The computer system from founded the year 1943 and
developed until the today year 2020 has already 77 years of history. All the
parts and technology related to the computer also have much different and
really mature compare with the before. For example, the flash drive before has
only 1 MB already been count as huge storage, but nowadays 1GB which is 1024 MB
is also not enough for people's daily use. Even nowadays, the government also
take the using of computer seriously and implement the course about the
computer system start from the primary and secondary school. This has shown how
the importance and how the human focus on developing the technology of the
computer system.
Benefit #1: allows distance communication
After we have a conceptual understanding of how the human focus on a computer system, now let’s go deeper into it how is the computer system bring improvement and change to the different fields of the human civilization. First, the computer system allows communication between people in different places and distances. At the first start of human civilization, human-only use paper to record the message and send it to the receiver by manpower, horse, and so on the transportation which is using much more time and cost, which will cause much delay in the letter sending. Even more, there is possible that the message could not send successfully to the receiver because of some accidental such as the path break, robbery, and so on. Walk along on the path of the history of communication while world war 2 periods, people are also only able to communicate by using the telegraph which is still slow and costing because the machine was distance limit, heavier, the fixed position cannot bring anywhere. But nowadays, the installment of the computer system into the desktop and laptop so on and combine with the internet has allowed the human to communicate at different places, distance with just a little cost, easy to carry, and least of limitation. If there was no computer system and software inside, the human could probably not develop into this type of an advanced civilization.
Benefit#2: improve the world relationship
Actually, the use of the computer system also
plays an important role in providing support to maintains the peace of the
world. While people could communicate with each other, socialize with different
types of people by using the computer system. These have given people a way of
understanding each other and decrease the feeling of fear that cause by the
unknown. When people can understand each other, people should be able to be
more tolerant of each other. Moreover, the computer system has provided the
method of solving the problem by only discussing it in a safer situation. In
before, if the commando of two different armies wants to have peace talks, they
need to go near or middle of the two camps, and sometimes it will have the trap
or assassinate happen in history. However, if they are using the computer
system, it would not possible to kill the people through the screen of the
computer, and it will be safer. While the peace talk is successful, then there
will be a lot of life to be safe and create a peaceful situation

Another reason for the computer system is
important is because of information sharing. By using the internet and computer
system, people are able to find many or almost all of the information through
search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, and so on. It can be said, the
result and essay that can be found on the web can easily solve most people's
questions and problems. Without this information, more people will waste their
time to find the same and overlapping answer and less time to learn other
useful knowledge. This is because it was always faster to obtain knowledge
while having other people to teach and guild your learning compares to you
learn yourself. Compare with before, information sharing is also just sending
mail by using the manpower to send or using the telegraph. However, by using
the computer system, information sharing can be instant and easy to manage too.

normal people could not understand it but however, the computer system can
change all of this code to become the normal language to help the normal user
to understand the message which is actually save the time and cost to learn and
read the information. It was not everybody can understand and read the
telegraph, even more, there are sometimes different reading methods of the
telegraph in different countries. Even so, by using the computer system, by
simply clicking a few times, it can change to the language that the users
understand with about 9000 languages in the computer system. This was very
helpful to help people understand the information that transfers sharing by
other different people.
Benefit#4: Effective and efficient Information Processing
The computer system has allowed the saving,
record, management, processing, and sharing of information. If the people are
using paper or another object to record the information such as the clay board,
bamboo clapper, it will actually take up a lot of space but if using computer
system storage, a lot of data is also taking a little space. Moreover, the
paper record was hard to find certain information because it was a lot of
information stock together. Although, if users using the computer system to
store the data and information it will be much easier to find out certain
information. This is because the computer system has provided many types of
functions to help for classification and searching. For example, users can use
file, zip, sort by characteristic, search bar, file size, and so on. The
computer system is not only allowing information sharing and sorting for the
normal user but also applies in the supply chain, military, and so on. For
example, In the supply chain, the employee uses the computer system to track
down the process flow to find out how things go on, military camp use computer
system to connect with another device to obtain the scan data to analyze the
situation, scientist use a computer system with the program to simulate the
molecular movement, company use a computer system to write down the planning
and so on. (palmer, 2019) You can see almost everything is related to the
computer system. Again, the Computer system has really made the work and data
information process faster than before. In before, people were only able to
record data by writing and carving, but it was slower than now just typing on
the keyboard which will be faster. In fact, the average typing speed of normal
people was about 40 words per minute, but writing is only about 68 to 113
letters which are about 13 to 20 words per minute. If you are using an abacus
or calculator to count for mathematic, you need to rewrite the equation again
for another different data. Though if you use a computer system to count, you
just need to click and move the mouse, you may get the answer by using the
computer system function such as using the excel auto sum.

computer system is entertainment. (TrevorM, 2018) Entertainment can divide into
many types, such as music, movie, video, drawing, and especially computer
games. Human life is always included with entertainment, but just different
people have different methods to entertain themselves and it was important to
release the stress. Inside all of the entertainment method, the computer has
taken up a large proportion. Because of the development of the computer system,
entertainment is also much developed. Before this era, people's entertainment
is only like play cards games, board games, guitars, and so on. Nowadays with the
computer system, people can easily play many types of game, listen to music,
even doing something in-game which are impossible to do in the real world. For
example, strategy game red alert, shooting game PUBG, MOBA game league of
legend, and so on. All of this kind of experience is not possible to feel in
the real world. Music is also easier to get by just clicking and typing and
doesn’t need the person to learn himself or go to other places to listen, same
logic with the video movie so on. Entertainment is also including socializing
and shopping and others too. Develop of the computer systems is one of the reasons
that cause E-commerce to develop so fast. It means that the computer
system is actually brought improvement to the economy indirectly.
Conclusion
In the last word, it can say that the computer
system is one of the important gears that function in the development of human
history by accelerating the speed of innovation of civilization, especially on
technology. People use a computer system to do almost everything, previously
the computer was only a luxury product, and nowadays it almost became a
necessary product. It uses in the home, in a cafe, in the shop, in a factory
can almost be found at every place. The computer system is really important and
beneficial for people's daily life, work on data information, to manage and
all. In conclusion, that is also why that the 20 century is called the
information age, it's all because of the nature of the computer system
technology.
