Explain five (5) the benefits of development of an employee at the workplace.


Training and development are always the important issues in human resources management. The company that provides good development chances are more attractive to employees nowadays because that people always want to be better. So that the workplace would be the best place to provide a change of learning. In another perspective too, development shows that the organization is competitive, on-going, and cares about employees which will be a good choice to work at.

Even more, suitable development is also good to cultivate employee loyalty and belonginess to the company.  Providing guidance on development is the method to show caring to the employee which is able to increase employee satisfaction to the company and jobs. It was good to train future loyalty leaders for the company to hold key positions because a company would not recruit new hires for a key position and exposure to the loyalty risk.
