Justify effectiveness of training before leaving the home country

While leaving the home country for a new place, there will be a few things different from the home country such as the perspective of rules and regulations, culture, language use, and so on. So, to conduct an effective pre-departure training, it must first focus on these few elements.

离开祖国到新的地方,会有一些与祖国不同的地方,比如规章制度、文化、语言使用等。所以,要进行有效的行前培训,首先要关注这几个要素



The first training should be documentary training. The learning of language and knowledge about foreign countries will be helpful for the employee to increase their understanding of foreign cultures. Even more, Cultural simulation training will be another training. After mastering the language and knowledge, practice will be a must to enhance the actual use of that knowledge, culturally sensitive while going foreign. Even training could not fully prepare the employee to deal with foreign differences, but it was useful to decrease the impact receiving from culture shock and accelerate the speed of cultural adaptation.

第一次培训应该是文件培训。学习有关外国的语言和知识将有助于员工增加对外国文化的了解。更重要的是,文化模拟培训将是另一种培训。在掌握了语言和知识之后,必须通过实践来增强对知识的实际使用,在出国时对文化敏感。即使是培训也不能让员工充分准备好应对外国差异,但有助于减少受到文化冲击的影响,加快文化适应的速度



In fact, according to the senior human resources experts, there are actually quite high failure rates in the selection of expatriate employees. Most of the reason was because of lack of training or improper method of training. In this case, the suitable training before leaving the home country will be an important element to be provided and prepared before going foreign.

事实上,根据资深人力资源专家的说法,外派员工的选拔失败率其实是相当高的。大部分原因是由于缺乏培训或培训方法不当。在这种情况下,出国前的适当培训将是出国前提供和准备的重要因素。
