Sangita has involved
itself with the research about human resources management to investigate the issues and relationship about the psychological contract, development
with career management, Sangita was trying to research that the effect of
different organizational career management in the organization on the retaining
of the employee, and career-related employee turnover. To do this, Sangita was
first using a case study strategy. She had read a few reports with the content of the case study to have a clear understanding of organization talent
management and career development. Other than that, Sangita has probably
conducted documentary research by using many of the outside sources of
information to support her arguments such as the report, article, and official
data. From the information Sangita collect, she also uses a narrative research
strategy to describe the career management in which the core workers are continued to experience similar levels of the job in these countries. Moreover, Sangita
was created and used the questionnaire-based survey strategy to collect the
required data and information for further analysis. By doing this, Sangita
actually found out that the most of young generation are likely to move between
the organization for their career management purpose. After that, Sangita also
implemented some qualitative research and carry on some analytical research
strategies to focus analyze the relationship between organization management
policy and the boundary-crossing career turnover.
