Black Light factory by the Xiaomi company in Beijing is also known as the first experimental automation artificial intelligent factory. Blacklight factory is mainly focused on three elements, which are an auto production system, self-decision discriminant system, and self-optimization and learning system.

小米公司在北京的黑光工厂也被称为第一家实验自动化人工智能工厂。 Blacklight factory主要围绕三个要素,即自动生产系统、自我决策判别系统和自我优化学习系统。

In this case, the Blacklight factory does not need too many human resources which means human resources functions will become less important than now. The automation of the system in the Blacklight factory could handle almost all repetitive tasks especially the task in factories such as the production, assembly of the component and gear, or the information screening. This will cause a lot of the laborers are losing their job and career, and directly the workload of the human resources department will relatively decrease due to artificial intelligence does not need to motivate, vacation, and so on. It was foreseeable that the priority ratio between different types of skills and experience in human resources will be changed and rearrange in the future.

在这种情况下,黑光工厂不需要太多的人力资源,这意味着人力资源职能将变得不那么重要。 Blacklight工厂的系统自动化几乎可以处理所有重复性任务,尤其是工厂的生产、零部件和齿轮的组装、信息筛选等任务。这会导致很多劳动者失去工作和职业,直接人力资源部门的工作量就会相对减少,因为人工智能不需要激励、休假等。可以预见,未来不同类型的人力资源技能和经验之间的优先级比例将发生变化和重新排列。


Even so, there will be many people losing their job, but overall, the career opportunities will not become too few. This was because that those available job opportunities will replace by more complex jobs in the future especially in the fields of data analysis, maintenance, and information technology. For example, the future human recourse will focus on recruiting employees that are having production experience and data knowledge to fulfill the need for a “black light factory”.  intelligentization does not mean that human resources have to be eliminated but just means the re-mastered of the latest skills of the employee. It can be seen that future human resources are more to the training management. More than that, not all types of careers could be replaced by Artificial intelligence. This is because that no matter how intelligent it is, the fundamental still human and talents. 

即便如此,也会有很多人失业,但总体而言,就业机会不会太少。这是因为这些可用的工作机会在未来将被更复杂的工作所取代,尤其是在数据分析、维护和信息技术领域。例如,未来的人力资源将重点招聘具有生产经验和数据知识的员工,以满足“黑光工厂”的需求。智能化并不是要淘汰人力资源,而是要重新掌握员工的最新技能。可以看出,未来的人力资源更多的是面向培训管理。不仅如此,并非所有类型的职业都可以被人工智能取代。因为,再聪明的人,最根本的还是人与人才。


“Blacklight factory” equips with machine and artificial intelligence which are different from human resources especially in terms of training approach. Human resources do need the training to follow up with the trends and development each time and each employee. However, the machinery does not, the machinery only needs a change in system value, setting, script, and command so on, and it can quickly adapt to the new situation which means faster reflex time and flexibility. Even more, it has the cost advantage, more effective and efficient compared to human resources training.

“黑光工厂”配备了不同于人力资源的机器和人工智能,尤其是在培训方式上。人力资源确实需要培训来跟进每个时间和每个员工的趋势和发展。然而,机器没有,机器只需要改变系统值、设置、脚本和命令等,它可以快速适应新的情况,这意味着更快的反应时间和灵活性。更重要的是,与人力资源培训相比,它具有成本优势,更加有效和高效。

In conclusion, the “Blacklight Factory” is another step onto industry 4.0, it could actually make the work become more efficient and effective. In terms of development and evolution, the blacklight factory does not only mean eliminate of the old day, but it also refers to the improvement of the human civilization. It may not be a good short-term improvement, but it will be a good long-term investment.

总之,“黑光工厂”是向工业4.0迈进的又一步,它实际上可以使工作变得更加高效和有效。黑光工厂在发展和进化上,不仅意味着淘汰旧日,还指人类文明的进步。这可能不是一个好的短期改善,但它将是一个很好的长期投资。
