The new product is really a necessary evil, even launching of new
product is with risk but it also necessarily needed to stay alive and competitive
in the market. Launching of the new product could be a change for business to
improve but also could be a threat to drag down the business. However, the operation
of the business is based on the cooperation of the employees and employers, each of
them could have their own view and perspective on the launching of the new product.
Nowadays, work and labor have
been justified as the “necessary evil” in society, even many people
were not really like to work but it was still the only method to earn for living.
In terms of employer view, employers hope that they could create, develop, and
launching more new products as well to keep the business more competitive,
increase profit, reputation, and so on. However,
in terms of employee view, this is quite an evil, just an idea from the employer,
tons of work and research will be adding onto the employee. In this situation,
the work-life balance of employees would be destroying and become the necessary
evil to the employee.
Besides that, most of the employees are wanted to earn without work,
and employers want to earn without cost, but it was quite impossible to be done.
Work could not replace rest, rest also could not substitute work, but they are
complementary relationships. General speaking, work hard for resting, resting to
work hard, resting, and work hard for a living. In conclusion, the new product is a necessary
evil, and it would not be the only necessary evil in our life.
