Explain the characteristics of learning organisations with examples?




The first characteristic of learning organizations will be the system of thinking. It refers to the employee needing to gather, and understand all the information, but not just look for particular information only. This is to help the employee to see a thing in full perspective and understand the true meaning of the thing.

学习型组织的第一个特征将是思维系统。它是指员工需要收集和理解所有信息,而不仅仅是寻找特定的信息。这是为了帮助员工全面地看待事物并理解事物的真正含义。


The second characteristic is team learning. It told the employees should think together, discuss together to determine one decision with group perspectives but not just individual perspectives. Team learning is to help identify the weakness of each member and enhance the teamwork of the group.

第二个特点是团队学习。它告诉员工应该一起思考,一起讨论,以集体的观点而不是个人的观点来决定一个决定。团队学习是为了帮助发现每个成员的弱点,增强团队的团队合作精神。


The third is to improve and change the mental models. Many of the employees especially the professionals is always do not listen to other people's perspectives. However, the learning organizations change their mind to be more relaxed and easy to accept and listen to other people's opinions through the cooperation and teamwork between employees.

三是改进和改变心智模式。许多员工尤其是专业人士总是不听别人的意见。然而,学习型组织通过员工之间的合作和团队合作,改变了他们的想法,变得更加轻松,更容易接受和倾听他人的意见。


Fourth, to build a shared vision. It was to create and have the same goal between each member after communication and discussion. So that all employees should be able to work on the same vision but not work for itself which is able to increase the effectiveness of teamwork.

第四,构建共同愿景。就是在每个成员之间经过交流和讨论,创造并拥有相同的目标。这样所有员工都应该能够按照相同的愿景工作,而不是为自己工作,这能够提高团队合作的效率。


The fifth characteristic will be personal mastery. Learning organization is to emphasizes continuous learning for the employees. It wants the employees to have the willingness to enjoy the work, and continue learning and train while working, and improve themselves.

第五个特征将是个人掌握。学习型组织强调员工的持续学习。它希望员工愿意享受工作,在工作中不断学习和培训,提高自己。
