Questionnaire design is one of the important steps in the data collection which would actually impact which type of answer and data information would be collected in the data collection stage and brought to the analysis at last. Commonly there are several types of measure scale that can be used, which are nominal, ordinal, interval, and ratio. Inside this research, it would only conduct nominal scale, ordinal scale, and Likert scale only.

问卷设计是数据收集中的重要步骤之一,它实际上会影响在数据收集阶段收集哪种类型的答案和数据信息并最终用于分析。通常有几种类型的度量尺度可以使用,它们是名义、有序、区间和比率。在本研究中,只进行名义量表、有序量表和李克特量表。



The questionnaire of this research will divide into three major parts. Part A will be used to collect the data that is able to categorize the respondent’s biographical information. For example, gender, age, race, education level, etc. This data was collected to identify the relationship between the employee characteristic and companies’ talent management policy. This would be helpful in terms of analyzing the mentality and status of respondents.

The second part of the questionnaire would conduct ordinal scale measurement. This part is trying to collect the information of employee workplace characteristics. For example, the range of salary, working atmosphere, economic sectors, etc. This data is collected to investigate the impact of external factors on the employee which was also function as independent variables in the research

问卷的第二部分将进行序数量表测量。这部分试图收集员工工作场所特征的信息。例如,工资范围、工作氛围、经济部门等。收集这些数据是为了调查外部因素对员工的影响,在研究中也是自变量



The third part of the questionnaire would be the main part of the questionnaire that is conducted by using the Likert scale. In fact, Likert scale measurement was the most common approach that was widely used by researchers to collect data in their research. In this part, it would collect the data and information of the feeling and react of the respondent in the workplace. For example, it identifies employee engagement, performance management, competency mapping, career development, etc.

问卷的第三部分将是使用李克特量表进行问卷的主要部分。事实上,李克特量表测量是研究人员在其研究中广泛使用的最常用的收集数据的方法。在这部分,它将收集受访者在工作场所的感受和反应的数据和信息。例如,它识别员工敬业度、绩效管理、能力映射、职业发展等。
