Business is always the best way and the main way to make money. There are many people who are trying to build a successful business but however there are plenty of them who fell down into the abyss and bankrupt,but just a few of the success a little bit, and just a little from them can have a huge success. However, there are many examples of the business, but what are the factors that make a company successful.
In my
opinion, I think that the most important thing that first secures the success
of a company is the capital. When people are starting a business, the first
thing that enterprises need to prepare is capital. The amount of capital
will totally influence many aspects of a company. For example, how much capital
that you may use to be liquidity for maybe event, daily activity working
capital, how good is the equipment can be used, how many employees can be
employed at once time, and so on. Simply say, capital is the thing that decides
the company size.
The second factor that will influence the success of a company is the capability of the
employee. The employee is the most important part of the company. Employee
function as the main processor in the computer. The employee is the person who
has control of a company. For example, the employee will choose what product
that company selling, having what event to promote the product, the company
should play safe or aggressive in the market, and so on. This also means that
the employee is who analyses the situation to make the decision-making become
easier. Simply say, if the employee is enough excellent based on the capability
such as leadership, communication, teamwork, efficient working, and so on, so
the company will easier to succeed.
The third
factor of the success of a company is the relationship. The relation is always
in our life, it can be differentiated into many types such as family relations,
friends relations, government relations, and also the most important
relationship in the business which is the customer relationship. The customer is
the source of income. when a company has a good relationship with the
customer, the customer will generate more trust in the company, and more
willing to do more sales with the company. The customer is also the best method
of propaganda. The more customers trust the company, the more people will know
the company. For example, when a customer chats with his friends about where he
bought the product, then it will be propaganda for the company. This is also
why the customer is one of the most important sources and factors to make a company successful.
